Maine Township Treats Stevenson School on Halloween

The occasion was Halloween Day at Maine Township. The popular annual tradition has students from nearby Stevenson School (East Maine School Dist. 63) visit Town Hall. Students are encouraged to bring a canned good for the Food Pantry.

Then they process through Town Hall to be greeted by costumed staff and view decorations.

On the way out, students received Halloween stickers and pencils from, l to r, Supervisor Carol Teschky, Assistant to the Administrator Vicki Rizzo, Highway Commissioner Robert Provenzano, Administrator Dayna Berman and Assistant to the Supervisor Doriene Prorak.

A very nice tradition of cooperation between the school and Township. Congrats!
