Gasoline Prices Drop in Niles, Morton Grove

Moderating crude oil prices are the reason for the dip in prices, the Chicago Tribune reports.

 

 

Gas prices are finally going down for Niles and Morton Grove drivers.

The average price of gasoline in the Chicago suburbs has dropped by 9 cents in the past week to $3.91 per gallon, the Chicago Tribune reports. The newspaper says moderating crude oil prices are the reason for the drop in price.

As of Monday afternoon, the following gas stations have the lowest prices in Niles and Morton Grove, according to GasBuddy.com: 

  • $3.89/Marathon, 5801 W. Dempster, Morton Grove
  • $3.89/BP, 8801 Waukegan Road, Morton Grove
  • $3.93/Mobil, 9544 Waukegan Road, Morton Grove
  • $3.95/BP, 7662 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Niles
  • $3.97/Marathon, 7145 W. Dempster, Niles
