Maine South Fine Arts Department Presents "The King Stag"

The high school's winter play will take place at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 21-23 at Watson Auditorium.

 

 

The Maine South High School Fine Arts Department will bring the play "The King Stag" to life this weekend at Watson Auditorium.

The play takes place in the Oriental kingdom of Serendippo and the forest of Miracoli where King Deramo searches for love. The American Repertory Theater describes the play as "a fairy tale for all ages, a story of love and betrayal, intrigue and mirth, magic spells and pageantry."

Tickets to the show are $6 and are available for purchase at the box office of Watson Auditorium, 1111 S. Dee Road, Park Ridge. Show times are 7:30 p.m. Feb. 21, 22 and 23.
