Maine South Plays Glenbard North Saturday
The football playoffs are getting more intense, with the Hawks facing off against the Carol Stream school.

The undefeated Maine South Hawks (11-0-0-) football team will play the Glenbard North (10-1-0) Panthers Saturday in Class 8A quarterfinals at 1 p.m. in Carol Stream.
The Hawks have had a great season, most recently beating Conant, of Hoffman Estates, in the second playoff game last Saturday. But the Chicago Tribune called Glenbard North the Hawks' "toughest challenge."
