This is just a procedural and timing issue as requested by the Mayor. A ten minute meeting to support the Mayor's removal of one appointmented position and support the Mayor's approval of appointing an acting Family Services Director. No need to read anything more into this.

Another illogical and aberrant diatribe by a harrowingly harried Harry. He obviously is untutored in his childish misconception about the Salem Witch trials, but that comes as no surprise from reading his other monotonous, meaningless meanderings in Patch, feverishly hatched from his fanciful cerebellum.

Gem #1: “If overriding a Mayor's decision is possible, then who would ever want THAT position?” Poor Harry is unaware that such overrides are practiced by legislatures in disagreement with governors and presidents, two positions which never lack for candidates.

Gem#2: “NOBODY would have pulled any of these powerplay games on the former mayor, because he would have had them OUT.” Ah! That Harry! What a great advocate for the tactics of Stalin, Castro, Hugo Chavez, Al Capone and the numerous other egotistic Greek tyrants of antiquity.

A Catholic friend of mine told me that their St. Jude is known as the Patron of Hopeless Cases. Tonight I will pray to St. Jude to assist in the psychic redemption of an appropriate and needy individual.

Who's Harry? A commenter on Patch articles under that name "Harry Gio." He submitted a comment to this article some days ago which I and others also did. I found his comments immensely eccentric and selected two sentences for a response to him. Subsequently his comment was deleted. If you put his name in the Patch search box above, you will be able to access his quaint musings.
