Chuck was Senior Vice President and Director of the First National Bank of Niles; served as Easter Seals and Christmas Seals Chairman; past President and Member of Niles Chamber of Commerce; Director of St. Benedict Nursing Home; served on the Niles Police and Fireman's Pension Board; past President and Member of Niles Sister Cities; served as Park Commissioner and President of the Park Board for 14 years, and was honored with many awards from the charitable organizations he worked with throughout the years.
