Mayor David Schmidt has declared this Friday, Oct. 5, Pink Day in honor of the movement to fight breast cancer. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Patch will participate by posting an article tomorrow and asking everyone to post a tribute to anyone they know who has been touched by breast cancer.
