A tae kwon do demonstration was one of the highlights of the first-ever Morton Grove Health and Fitness Expo Saturday.
The new event, held at the Civic Center, provided residents and visitors with a unique opportunity to meet many of Morton Grove's health and medical professionals all in one convenient location.
