My name is Hilaire Fuji Shioura. I am an independent write-in candidate for the United States Congress. For many years I have been a dedicated educator and passionate technologist with first hand experiences of the tribulations that our schools face. Technology and education are one in the same for education cannot
modernize without technology.
When you hear the name Fuji, I want you to think of these four E's: EDUCATION,
ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY, ECONOMY. It is with these 4 pivotal steps that our economy will see a growth in job creation. Education must be modernized to compete in a global marketplace. The most impending concern for improving the educational paradigm is smaller class size. As a community, we must conserve and protect our environment for food security. It is time to achieve energy independence to avoid costly geopolitical turmoil and unstable foreign oil prices. The solution to improving the economy is straightforward; JOB CREATION!
Now is the time to have a vigorous and civil public debate so you the voter can decide who is most capable to be your next congressman. I officially challenge my fellow candidates to an open debate to discover the solutions to these pressing

I have known Mr. Hilaire Shioua many, many years and have always known him to be honest, competent, intelligent, and he has always maintained his integrity. I would love to see him elected because he really cares and would help without money or power being his objective.

I can say that, having known Fuji for several years, I am confident that he is who we need in congress. He cares about the people and is not in it for the money, which you really cannot say about most other politicians. He is 100% for the people!

I have never been so engaged in domestic and foreign affairs and concerned for the future of my country until i knew Fuji. Fuji's deep passion for the betterment of our country is only surpassed by the dedication he has for his students that he has worked hard for many years to encourage to better their lives. Fuji's knowledge and love for our country is extremely contagious and that makes him the best candidate for Congress! America plus Fuji equals unequivocal success.

Thanks for stepping forward to run Mr. Shioura. Our democracy is in need of a huge group of people to run as independents to break the logjam created by the 2 parties. The problem is little progress can be made when their is a stalemate. Good luck!
