Every Monday at St.Timothy's we will shake, shimmy and sweat! This one-hour cardio fitness class with Latin inspired moves and world music will have you burning calories in no time. If you've never tried Zumba Fitness, this is where to try it out, your first class is FREE! Punchcards are available for purchase in incriments of 5 classes.
