Dan Rutherford Greets First Responders at Park Ridge Event

State Treasurer Dan Rutherford, a GOP candidate for Governor of Illinois, made a stop in Park Ridge on Jan. 25.

Over 100 people including many first responders from Park Ridge, Maine Township, Edison Park, Niles and the surrounding area of northwest Chicago came to the Park Ridge VFW for a Meet and Greet. The event was set-up by John Garrido, a Chicago police officer and former candidate for Chicago 45th Ward Alderman.

The event was part of a weekend swing through the area which also included Schaumburg earlier in the day and ends with a press conference on Sunday in downtown Chicago.

Among those at the Park Ridge event were, l to r, Maine Township Highway Commissioner Bob Provenzano, Maine Township Republican Women President Jan Provenzano, Township Trustee Susan Moylan Krey, Rutherford, and Township Clerk Gary K. Warner.
