What: As of July 1, Pace and CTA will complete the transition to Ventra. To help customers prepare for the transition, Pace is holding nearly 40 events around the region at which staff will distribute Ventra Cards and information to customers.

Because the existing fare systems will be decommissioned on July 1, Pace will no longer be able to issue Transfer Cards to customers who pay with cash. Staff will assist these customers with transitioning to Ventra at these events to help them save money while enjoying Ventra’s convenience and security features- such as balance protection in the event of a lost or stolen card.

Who: Pace representatives and customers

When: Tuesday, June 17th

           7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Where: Golf Mill Mall

             239 Golf Mill Center

             Niles, IL
