Backpack? Check. Notebook? Check. Calculator? Check. The only thing that’s missing are your back to school photos!

School bells are ringing again and we’re calling all parents to send in your favorite pictures from your child’s first day of school. Capture a snapshot of them at the bus stop, in front of the school or any other back to school moment and share it with us!

Karen Lloyd recently sent in a photo of her two children, James and Jack from their first day of school at St. Peter Catholic School in Skokie.

James is in 2nd grade and Jack is in preschool. Lloyd said they both "loved" their first day.

"James had fun meeting new friends, enjoyed art class and having pizza for lunch," she said. "Jack liked playing in the sand table with animals, building blocks and meeting new friends at preschool."
