Dangerous bacteria infection tied to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.

The largest outbreak of a dangerous bacteria infection in the U.S. has been tied to Park Ridge's Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

The newspaper reported that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that 38 cases of a specific bacteria infection involved patients at Advocate who underwent an endoscopic procedure of the pancreas or bile ducts in early 2013.
