Dirty Dogs Wanted For Saturday's C.A.R.E. Dog Wash

Volunteers will give your pet a bath, in order to raise funds for C.A.R.E.

C.A.R.E.'s Summer Dog Wash is just around the corner. Dog scrubbers and dryers--all of them C.A.R.E. volunteers--will muster from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on  Saturday, June 22, to wash dogs on shelter grounds at 2310 Oakton in Evanston.

For $10 (regardless of size), you will be able to bring home a sparkly clean hound. An additional $10 will get your dog's nails trimmed, too. Such a deal!

C.A.R.E. volunteers will also be hosting the popular 'ReTail' Market, where new and gently used pet supply items (beds, leashes, coats, collars, toys and more) will be available for sale at extremely reasonable prices. The 'ReTail' Market will run concurrently with the Dog Wash, all on shelter grounds, and all on June 22.

When you come, please park across the street at the PetSmart parking lot and cross at the crosswalk.
