Disruptive DUI Arrest, Domestic Disturbance

Niles Police report a DUI suspect didn't make a recent arrest very easy and an ex-husband allegedly assaulted his wife. An arrest is merely an accusation and not evidence of a conviction.

Wishnoff also attempted to slide the handcuffs off her hands and place them in front of her body. She was arrested for speeding, and Driving Under the Influence.
