Do strangers often stop you on the street and say, "hey there, you're looking great today"?
No? Well perhaps you, like all of us, could use a little inspiration for what to wear this fall. And if perfect strangers DO stop you on the street to admire your fashion savoir faire, then just attend the Fall into Fashion show for the drinks and appetizers.
So--the Fall into Fashion Show is taking place Sunday, October 14 at 7:30 p.m. at Golf Mill Shopping Center, Golf Road and Milwaukee Avenue, Niles. (Main Entrance).
The show will feature attire from stores like JC Penney, Ross Dress for Less, Kohls, Target and more. Tickets ($50) include entrance to the event, a light meal, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages open bar, and appetizers.
Proceeds from the event support the Niles Chamber Dollars for Scholars program and W.I.N.G.S. (Women In Need Growing Stronger) Safe House Emergency Shelter. Both are non-profit.
Tickets are available at the door.
About the beneficiaries:
Niles Chamber of Commerce Dollars for Scholars education fund has provided $97,000 of scholarships, in the past ten years, to local high school and college students. This all-volunteer committee is dedicated to youth development.
W.I.N.G.S. Safe House Emergency Shelter (Women In Need Growing Stronger) helps homeless and abused women and children by securing safe, secure living environments, through transitional housing and emergency shelters, in residential neighborhoods that allow women to go to school, work, and achieve financial and emotional independence.
