Families turn Out For 'Bike Niles' Event

Dozens of families turned out Saturday under sunny skies for the first Bike Niles event.

Extreme Bike performer Matt Wilhelm delighted the crowd with his stunts, including jumping his bike over Culver School Principal Peggie Maniscalco and two other adults, who were asked to lie on the ground.

Advocate Lutheran General Hospital provided helmet fittings, Amlings Cycle allowed patrons to test recumbent trikes and many other vendors engaged families with contests and information.
