Why Go: It features local, student and teacher bands. It’s sponsored by Northridge Prep, a Catholic school for boys in Niles, and is open to the community.

Why Go: See a romantic comedy performed by the Maine East drama department.

Why Go: The pastor, a former musician, knows a lot of great jazz artists.
