Kids grades 4-8 can learn how to write, act, and direct their own movies at the Niles public library. It’s a creative, collaborative, fun filled experience.

Teens can enjoy a three course dinner with other kids thier own age followed by a movie at the Niles Teen Center. Dinner is $18, but there will be snacks for sale for a little extra if you want candy during the movie.


Middle School Night

Kids grades 5-8 are welcome to the Prairie View Community Center for a night of friends and fun with Wallyball, open gym, and a variety of different activities. Admission is $3 with a school I.D.

Family Double Feature: Happy Feet and March of the Penguins

Can life get any cuter? Take the kids out for a double feature starting with the cartoon Happy Feet followed by the family friendly, acclaimed documentary March of the Penguins. If your kid doesn’t already have a penguin stuffed animal, you  might need to stop by a toy store after this much avian adorability.


9th Annual Winter Baseball Camp

Your kids can learn the fine arts of hitting, pitching and defense at this winter baseball camp. Help them get into shape during the off season. Notre Dame players and coaches assist with the camp.
