In Need Of A Coat? Cops Distributing Saturday

Park Ridge, Niles and Des Plaines police have partnered to collect gently-used coats; they will distribute them Saturday to people who can't afford coats. They have women's, men's and children's outerwear.

Baby, it's cold out there. And police from Niles, Des Plaines and Park Ridge are trying to take the edge off the chill.

For almost a month, they've asked the public to donate gently-used coats for people in need. And the public has responded with men's, women's and children's coats.
