Moms Talk: With No Sales Tax Break, How Do You Save Money On School Supplies?

Remember last year, moms and dads, when the Illinois legislature cut us a break when it was time to buy notebooks, calculators, sweaters and backpacks?

That sales tax holiday during the back-to-school period is gone, but as good financial stewards for our families, we still want a deal.
