Wondering what's going on at Oriole Pool in Morton Grove? We were too, so we stopped by, but there wasn't much to see except gravel.
The old pool is completely gone, but construction has yet to begin on the new pool, which the Morton Grove Park District plans for next summer.
Sue Braubach, the park district's marketing and information manager, said construction is scheduled to begin in early fall, likely September, but she didn't have an exact date.
