Patch Pet of the Week: Hollywood the Dog
This pup needs a new mom to help him grow up.
Hollywood is an 18-month-old hound mix with special needs. He has figured out the housebreaking and training that is needed to be a polite house dog.
But due to a possible Distemper infection when he was younger, he has some motor and sensory issues. We once had a cat with a similar issue and she figured out how to get what she needed while living a long, healthy life.
When you give sweet Hollywood a treat, it may take him a minute to find it. He keeps on trying and is a loving little guy.

At 35 pounds he is the perfect size for a home with a small yard, preferably fenced in, where he can run and try to figure things out. This pup enjoys the company of other dogs and would do well in a home with a big sister to show him the ropes.
He would also do well with older children, since his disabilities make him a bit clumsy around smaller kids. Hollywood is neutered and up to date on all his shots.
