Seniors Get Moving At Expo
From tai chi to nutrition to chiropractic, experts give seniors tips at fair at Golf Mill.
Seniors could pet Walter the therapy dog, participate in a tai chi demonstration, hear dramatic weight loss stories and learn about local churches, government services and businesses at Friday's "Swing Into Spring" Senior Expo, held at Golf Mill Shopping Center.
About 60 exhibitors from many surrounding suburbs had display tables. They included senior homes, home health services, financial services, healthcare providers and others.
Seniors crowded the event, held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.
