Six Places In Niles With Air Conditioning

If your power is out, don't risk heatstroke in a hot house. These five places are free and open to the public. 

1. There's plenty to do here for all ages. It's at the northeast corner of Waukegan Road and Oakton Street, Niles.

2. Play cards, read, attend a program or just relax. It's in the same building as the Niles Family Fitness Center (below) at the southeast corner of Waukegan Road and Oakton Street, Niles. 

3. Swim, work out, or just watch other people doing it. 

4. . Sit and watch folks play basketball or volleyball, or work out. It's on Caldwell Avenue just north of Howard Street, Niles. 

5. . Shop, sit and eat at the Food Court. It's bordered by Milwaukee Avenue, Golf Road and Greenwood Road, Niles. 

6. . Sit, shop or both. will also fix you up a sandwich. At the southwest corner of Milwaukee Avenue and Oakton Street.
