Skokie Caucus Party's Website Hacked

It takes visitors to a porn site. The Skokie mayor, clerk and all six trustees belong to the Caucus Party.

The Skokie Caucus Party's website was hacked Friday, with the mobile version taking visitors to a porn app.

When viewed on a personal computer, the website showed signs of the hack, the Lincolnwood Review reported, with words like "Viagra" and ads for online loans visible, though the Caucus Party's content was still present.

By 6 p.m., the personal computer version of the site had returned to normal, but the mobile version was still taking users to a porn app.

The Skokie mayor, clerk, and all six trustees belong to the Caucus Party; it has dominated Skokie politics for decades.
