Tornado Watch Issued For Cook and Lake Counties
Watch is in effect until 1 a.m. Thursday.
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for much of the Chicago area, including Cook and Lake counties. The watch is in effect until 1 a.m.
There is also a in place for the area through 1 p.m. Thursday. Several inches of rain is possible in a short amount of time.
