2011 Morton Grove Health & Fitness Expo

The Village of Morton Grove presents its first annual Health & Fitness Expo on Saturday October 22 at the Morton Grove Memorial Civic Center, 6140 W. Dempster Street, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Expo is open to everyone of all ages and admission is free.

This new event will provide the public with a unique opportunity to meet many of Morton Grove's health and medical professionals all in one convenient location. Enjoy free samples of healthy foods and beverages; learn about nutrition, diets and vitamins; see the latest trends in beauty and hairstyles; visit with representatives from local health clubs; get beneficial advice from medical doctors, dentists, chiropractors, podiatrists, pharmacists and massage therapists; have your blood pressure and bodyfat tested for free! Several sports and exercise demonstrations are planned. Don't miss this fun and informative event!
