Crohn's & Colitis Foundation Education Symposium
Over 1.4 million Americans suffer from inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), a chronic digestive disorder of the small and large intestine. The two main types of IBD are Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. If you are interested in learning more about the management and treatment of IBD, the Illinois Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation urges you to attend their 17th Annual Patient and Family Education Conference and Medical Symposium.
The Patient and Family Program and the Parents, Teens and Kids Workshops will run from 9:00am-1:00pm.

The Medical Symposium is a full-day accredited program covering state-of-the-art clinical practices for the Gastroenterologist, Fellow, Nurse and Health Professional. A faculty of internationally renowned experts will discuss medical and integrative approaches for managing IBD.
