It looks like Santa's elves are being especially industrious this year at Golf Mill Shopping Center, where these preparations for the Jolly One's arrival could be seen Nov. 8.
Though that may strike some shoppers as pretty darn early, retailers are trying to combat the fact that Thanksgiving and Black Friday come quite late this year, with Thanksgiving on Nov. 28. The more shopping they can entice before Thanksgiving, the better for retailers.
