How Much is That Puppy in the Window? Find Out at Saturday's Pet Adoption Event
The event is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
It's beginning to feel like summer (remember that three-digit heat index this week?) and perhaps you are up for a game of Frisbee. And, well, a four-legged creature might seal the deal.
If so, stop by , 7961 Golf Rd. in Morton Grove on Saturday for a pet adoption event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Village of Morton Grove's (EDC) is partnering with Paws Pet Place, as well as the Morton Grove Animal Hospital, to provide advice for pet owners.

According to EDC Commissioner Karen Johnson, there's a long list of pet adoption and rescue agencies signed up to attend:
- Tree House
- Illinois Catahoula Rescue
- Chicago English Bulldog Rescue
- Second Hand Snoots
- Adopt-A-Pet
- Chicago Canine Rescue
- Fortunate Pooches Lab Rescue
“Based on the outpouring of interest in this event we plan to hold additional pet adoption events in the future,” said Johnson.
