Just in time for football season, Brick House Tavern + Tap debus a new brunch menu, its first, at its 16 locations across the U.S. The elevated sports tavern will begin offering brunch on Sept. 14, and guests will be able to enjoy the new offerings every weekend from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The menu features a special Brick House twist to classic American favorites, including the ultimate brunch food, Eggs Benedict. Brick House serves it up three ways - Southern Fried Chicken Benedict, Prosciutto Benedict and Filet Mignon Benedict - all made on toasted brioche with made-from-scratch hollondaise, including a Sriracha and bacon version. Brick House also reimagines French toast to its Grand Marnier French Toast made with hand-cut brioche and Grand Marnier-macerated Granny Smith apples. And for those looking to get their waffle fix, Brick House has two tasty options, Chicken & Waffles or the decadent Banana Bacon Waffles made with a banana pecan bacon batter.
Guests who like their orange juice spiked will love the new drink specials - the house Mimosa is just $2 during brunch. Those who prefer the savory can sample the Bloody Good Mary with a spiced pork rind rim and topped with a skewer of deviled egg, salami, smoked cheddar and olive.
Brick House has also elevated its sports watching this football season, creating a full game-day experience complete with Brick house VIP areas for in-restaurant "house parties," and even beyond the restaurant on its online platform, www.brickhousefootball.com. The site features an interactive NFL Pick 'Em program where guests can engage in a little healthy competition by picking the head-to-head winner of all NFL games every week. Guests also earn points for dining at Brick House, all leading up to an ultimate grand prize at the end of the season, including a Brick House leather recliner and a 52" TV.
