Meet Regis, Ready And Waiting For You

C.A.R.E. dog Regis, a diamond of a dog who's been at the shelter for more than half a year, patiently awaits his forever family.

C.A.R.E. dog Regis is the epitome of "dog." He's good on the leash, agreeable, listens to direction, just a real nice, all-around fellow. Regis arrived back at the Evanston Animal Shelter when his beloved owners had to move to a smaller place and could not take him along.

Friendly and laid-back, Regis would be happy with a daily walk, a comfy bed and some toys. (Oh—a towel under his water bowl would be good idea since he's a bit of a messy drinker!)

Regis is a big fellow, but polite. And he's a good learner. Regis is a pro at basic commands such as Sit, Down and Give Paw--and he's eager to learn more.

With that rakish spot over his left eye, and his gentle, easy-going heart, Regis is one of C.A.R.E. volunteers' favorites. Stop by C.A.R.E. to meet this diamond of a dog.
