Morton Grove Park District Spending Up, Income Down

The closure of Oriole Pool this year will bring the district's income down by about $51,000, the Morton Grove Champion reports.

 

The Morton Grove Park District is expected to spend four percent more this fiscal year than they did in 2012-2013, the Morton Grove Champion reports.

The district is expected to spend $5.75 million this year, with most revenue coming from real estate taxes and program fees. The district’s fund balance is expected to be $4.5 million, with cash reserves also down, the newspaper reports.
