St. Matthew's Ev. Lutheran Church in Niles has scheduled its six midweek Lenten Services beginning with Ash Wednesday on February 13th and
continuing each Wednesday through March 20th. All midweek Services begin at 7:15 P.M. The services will help people appreciate the
Bible accounts of Jesus’ suffering and death as a way to prepare for a joyful
celebration of Jesus’ resurrection from the dead on Easter Sunday.
On Ash Wednesday, February 13, a soup and salad supper will
be served from 5:45 P.M. to 6:45 P.M. Everyone in the community is welcome to
attend the supper and all of the Lenten Services.
