The Maine Township Food Pantry is need of food during the holiday season and The Niles Family Fitness Center would like to help!


Beginning Friday Dec 7th and  the following three Fridays in December the Fitness Center will be offering a FREE FRIDAY 9-9:45 AM “SPIN TO GIVE” Class


Your entrance into this Spin To Give Class will be  non-perishable food donations.
Never taken a spin class before now is the time to join us and give!!!!!!
