Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce's 36th Annual Golf Outing

The Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce & Industry will be
holding its 36th Annual Golf Outing Fundraiser on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at
the Chevy Chase Golf Club in Wheeling,
IL and is looking for golfers and
sponsors. 



May 18, 2014, Morton Grove, IL - Spring is the traditional
time that the Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce & Industry holds its big
fundraising golf outing. The 36th annual outing is scheduled for Wednesday,
June 18, 2014 starting at 9:30 am at the Chevy Chase Golf Club located at 1000 North Milwaukee Avenue
in Wheeling, IL  60090-1813.



One of the Morton Grove Chamber's biggest fund-raising events, this golf outing
is seeking those interested in a day of golf and business networking to help
kick of the spring and find a cure for harsh winter. A foursome can be reserved
for $560 which includes golf, golf cart, goodie bag and lunch. A golf and
dinner package is available which adds two drink tickets and a buffet dinner.
Individual golf and dinner packages are $150 and those who don't golf can
attend the dinner for $40 with a golf and dinner combo available for $150.



Many new events and games will be held this year including: The Dixon Hole
Challenge, putting contest, Hole-in-Contest, Longest Drive, Closest-to-the-Pin and
Longest Putt. A "Game Play Package" can be added for $10 (excluding
the Dixon Hole Challenge). Mulligans are 2 for $10.



Sponsors will be recognized for their generosity in the Chamber's printed and
online newsletters, at the event in the dinner program and announcements along
with e-blasts, signage on the course and in local media. Some of the
opportunities to support the event range from the "Eagle" sponsor at
$1000, Lunch at $350, Holes at $100, carts at $50 and more. Interested

Reservations are due by Tuesday, June 3, 2014 and can be made by contacting
Debbie Juris at the Chamber Office.



The Chevy Chase Golf Club has been hosting golfers since 1927, designed by
renowned architect Thomas Bendelow. The championship 18-hole course was
renovated in 2002 by Bob Lohmann. There are 125 acres with deep pot bunkers
lined with native grasses along with rolling greens and bent grass fairways
coupled with four sets of tees to challenge players at all skill levels.



Morton Grove Chamber Executive Director, Debbie Juris, said "Please make
