AND NILES TOWNSHIP ASSESSOR SCOTT BAGNALL ARE HOSTING A PROPERTY TAX APPEALS
SEMINAR FOR NILES TOWNSHIP HOME OWNERS
The opening day for Niles Township residents to appeal their
2013 assessed value with the Cook County Board of Review is on December 16,
2013. This is the assessment that will
be used to calculate final tax bills in July 2014 for payment in August
2014.
State Senators Ira Silverstein and Daniel Biss, State
Representatives Lou Lang, John D'Amico and Laura Fine and Skokie Mayor George
Van Dusen, and Morton Grove Mayor Daniel DiMaria are co-hosting.

At the seminar, Board of Review Commissioner Michael
Cabonargi and Niles Township Assessor Scott Bagnall will conduct a review of
how to file an appeal with the Cook County Board of Review.

Orchard Road, Room 155 in the Skokie Courthouse
