Local author Seema Chandarana has studied the metaphysical teachings of many experts and puts her learning into practice in her daily life as a teacher and yoga instructor. In her book, Irrefutable: My Proof for the Law of Attraction, she shares how to create one's own reality and to transform one's life through daily affirmations of positive thinking.
