Community Update

This place is a joke. I recently closed on house and my Realtor chose Fidelity for the closing. The Closer was unorganized and completely frazzled. We tried closing on a Thursday afternoon, but the closer forgot to notify the bank that we were sending paperwork and the bank went home at 5:00 for the night. I spent 4 hours at their office trying to close that day. They had me come back the second day and I was promised I would only be there 30 minutes. After an hour I walked into the Closer's office and demanded an update. She told me she was busy with another closing and I would need to wait. Needless to say, my response was not pleasant. In summary - do not use this place.
