Senator Mulroe to host Affordable Care Act Seminar

CHICAGO – Senator John G. Mulroe (D-10th) will be hosting an informational seminar on the Affordable Care Act and how it will affect families, seniors and individuals next week.  The seminar is scheduled for October 29, 2013 from 6:00p.m. to 7:30p.m. at the Schiller Park Community Center (4501 N. 25th Ave., Chicago, IL.)

“So many people have questions about ACA implementation and if and how it may affect them,” Senator Mulroe said.  “These events are aimed at answering those questions.” 

Representatives from the Department of Insurance, the Oak Street Health Clinic and the Illinois Health Insurance Marketplace will be in attendance to provide insurance information, answer questions and assist interested parties in navigating the healthcare exchange.

The event is free and open to the public.
