Party City in Niles' Four Flags Shopping Center might have collected a day's worth of earnings with just one customer on the Saturday before Labor Day. The patriotic driver filled his van with red, white, and blue balloons. And the overflow passed through the passenger's side window.

A big van wasn't large enough to carry all of the balloons purchased at by a customer at Niles' Party City store.

And if there is an offer of free food even better. It does not even necessarily be a restaurant as it can also be any other type of business, i.e., bakery, retail, gym, car services, etc.
