Trick Or Treaters Get Frightful Sights

Some parts of Niles see a lot of trick or treaters, others not so much. But the 8100 and 8200 blocks of Osceola Street have become a graveyard-boasting, pumpkin-celebrating, orange- and purple-lit zombie infested zone, at least as far as Halloween decorating goes. And the fantasy displays attract lots of little people in costumes and their parents. Here are some views of what trick or treaters saw Monday.
