***Why do people eat GLUTEN-FREE diets? People with celiac disease and wheat/gluten allergies maintain gluten-free diets. Many feel better when avoiding gluten. Still others just prefer the taste of gluten-free items such as Buttercream by Julianna!

Theresa Bonifazi began her gluten-free baking when both she and her daughter Julianna were diagnosed with celiac disease. Theresa wanted to give her family great tasting breads, cupcakes, and cookies that they all could enjoy.
