Saturday, July 20th

Market Hours: 8 am – 12 pm

Science Day is hosted by Kim Moldofsky, the Maker Mom and the Park View School Science Olympiad team.

Learn about robotics, heredity, electricity, rocks and minerals, water quality and preschool science in sessions throughout the morning.  Giveaways of books, t-shirts and cool science toys!

See more of last Saturday’s photos here.Our dear friend Frank Silvio passed away last Monday at the age of 38.  Frank Silvio was our beloved baker, friend and fellow market committee member. Such a good friend to all, who loved life so much! He will be missed by so many in this town and surrounding neighborhoods.  We will honor him with a moment of silence at 10 am at this Saturday’s Market.  There will also be a guest book to sign at the Maier’s Bakery booth.

These are the wonderful vendors scheduled for this Saturday’s Farmers’ Market: 

  • Albo Acres (alpaca wool, hand knit products, stuffed animals)
  • Alluring Spectrums back July 27th (hand-carved wood, stained glass)
  • Aunty Jeanne’s (jams, jellies, honey)
  • Backyard Bed and Breakfast back July 27th  (hand-crafted wooden bird and bat houses, squirrel feeders)

Little Sprout t-shirts and MGFM bags, t-shirts and sweatshirts are available for sale at the Welcome Booth every Saturday.

Our Market can now accept Link EBT cards (SNAP Food Stamps). Parking for the Market
 is located in the MB Financial Bank South lot, the American Legion Civic Center lot, the Historical Museum lot, and the Harrer Pool parking lots (both East and West of the Pool).

Out of consideration for our neighboring businesses, please do not park in the street along Fernald, south of Dempster.
