Do you love YA books like The Hunger Games, Twilight, and Matched? Are you a parent that wants to know what your teens are reading? Then come discuss popular YA books at Pages, a new book club from MGPL.
Young Adult books, often called YA books, aren’t just for teens! Many adults enjoy the fast pace, captivating story lines, and engaging characters in these novels. Pages is aimed at adults who enjoy these books, but teens are welcome to the discussion too. Even if you haven’t read the book, stop by to see what it is all about.
The group meets at the Café in Barnes & Noble at Village Crossing and is lead by two librarians from MGPL. The next meeting is Monday, July 16 at 7pm and the book is Hate List, which is on the Niles West summer reading list. Upcoming books include the hilarious Beauty Queens and thought-provoking Where Things Come Back. Join in the fun with Pages and MGPL!
