Get your library fines waived this week by bringing canned food to Morton Grove Public Library
In recognition of National Library Week, the Morton Grove Public Library is sponsoring a Food for Fines program from Sunday, April 13 to Saturday, April 19.
Every canned food item donated will equal $1.00 of overdue fines being waived.
The program is limited to existing overdue fines, and cannot be used for lost materials charges, processing fees, interlibrary loan fees, or as credit towards future fines.

The library cannot accept home-canned items, cans that are past their expiration date, or dented or damaged cans.
