With television shows like “Extreme Couponing,” you can’t help but be interested in how those money savers know all the tricks. Christy, the coupon lady, will show you all the tricks to getting the most out of coupons on Tues., Nov. 13 at 6:30pm.

After you’ve added up all your savings, why not save on calories while enjoying your holiday meals? Cathy Leman, a registered dietician, certified personal trainer and author will offer tips on how to reduce the calories and fat in some of your favorite holiday dishes on Thurs., Nov. 15 at 7pm. Also, learn some techniques to make mindful food choices at parties and end-of-the-year celebrations.

During the month of November, Leman’s organization NutriFit will donate a portion of all “Eat Healthy. Copies of the booklet will be available at the discounted price of $5.00 per copy to attendees of this special program.

Hi Pam, Yes, I thought it would be great if we brought it back. For me personally, whenever I wouldRead More seed the contest on my Twitter timeline, I would immediately go to the site. And if there is an offer of free food even better. It does not even necessarily be a restaurant as it can also be any other type of business, i.e., bakery, retail, gym, car services, etc.
