Mel Magee, 85, at rest December 31st at Midwest Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Glenview; beloved husband of the late Louise; dear uncle of Larry Magee and David Heinrich. Mel requested no visitation or service. His cremains will be inurned with Louise's at Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie, IL. He requested that any memorials be made to Canine Companions For Independence P.O. Box 41 Woodstock, IL 60098.

Marilyn N. Metler, nee Noehre, 87, of Morton Grove, beloved wife of the late Walter "Red"; loving mother of Mary (the late Howard) Aten, Mark (Joanne Kazikiewicz), Laurie (William) Gruzynski, and the late Sharon; dear grandmother of Victoria, Walter, William, Katherine, Michael, and Kyle; cherished great grandmother of Clayton; fond sister of Allen Noehre, Donald Noehre, and the late Edward Noehre and Glen Noehre.
